Cookie policy

1. Who is responsible

Leadomos (leadomos.com) belongs to Guillermo Gómez Benavides, trading as DETERMOS, Avenida de Gibraltar 3, 28903 Getafe (Madrid), Spain. For anything about this policy, write to contactleadomos@gmail.com.

2. What cookies are

They are small files a website stores in your browser. The law (art. 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI and the ePrivacy Directive) treats other ways of storing or reading information on your device, such as localStorage or IndexedDB, in the same way, so this policy covers all of them. Those needed for the service you ask for, or that only remember a choice you made, need no consent; all others do. Because Leadomos is provided from Spain, these rules apply wherever you visit from.

3. Necessary (no consent required)

  • firebaseLocalStorageDb (IndexedDB) — Firebase Authentication (Google). Keeps you securely signed in. Until you sign out.
  • leadomos_ref (cookie) — Leadomos. Only if you arrive through an invitation link: stores the code so that you and the person who invited you get the invitation credits when you sign up. 30 days; deleted once used.
  • leadomos_demo (cookie) — Leadomos. Marks that you have used the free trial search, to prevent abuse. 60 days.
  • pendingSearch (localStorage) — Leadomos. Keeps the search you started without an account so it runs once you sign in. Deleted once used.
  • leadomos-cookie-consent, leadomos-cookie-consent-at (localStorage) — Leadomos. Store your decision on analytics cookies and its date. 12 months; then we ask again.
  • NEXT_LOCALE (cookie) — Leadomos. Remembers the language if you pick one other than your browser’s. Session.

4. Preferences you choose (no consent required)

  • hideDashboardTip, leadomos_ref_dismissed, leadomos_demo_used (localStorage) — Leadomos. Remember that you closed a notice or tip, or already saw the demo, so we do not show them again. Until you delete them.

5. Analytics (only if you accept)

  • _ga (cookie) — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). Tells visitors apart pseudonymously to count visits and see where sign-ups come from. 13 months.
  • _ga_<ID> (cookie) — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). Keeps the state of the analytics session. 13 months.

Until you press Accept, your browser does not even download the Google Analytics script, wherever you are. If you accept, Google receives the page visited, the referrer, approximate location, device and browser data and the pseudonymous identifier in the _ga cookie. Google’s advertising features stay off whatever you choose, and we do not link this data to your account. Google may process it in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Third-party services you open yourself

  • Stripe, when you go to its payment page: it sets its own cookies on its domain to process the payment and prevent fraud.
  • Google, if you sign in with your Google account: the sign-in window belongs to Google and uses its own cookies.
  • The chat assistant (Alexia) runs on Talqo, another DETERMOS product. It stores nothing on your device; the conversation lives only in the open tab.

We use no advertising, retargeting or social-network cookies or pixels.

7. Accepting, rejecting and changing your mind

On your first visit a notice lets you accept or reject analytics cookies with a single click each; rejecting is as easy as accepting and, if you do not choose, they stay off. We remember your choice for 12 months. You can change it whenever you like with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page: if you reject, analytics stops and the _ga cookies are deleted straight away. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you delete the necessary ones you will be signed out.
