2. What data we process, why and on what basis

To provide the service (account, searches, credits, support and service emails): your account and usage data. Basis: performance of the contract.
To charge and invoice: billing and payment data, handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Basis: the contract and our legal tax and accounting obligations.
To help you through the website chat, which runs on an artificial intelligence assistant: what you write. Basis: your request and our legitimate interest in helping you.
For the security of the service and to prevent abuse (for example, limiting free trials): technical data such as your IP address, pseudonymised where possible. Basis: our legitimate interest.
For website analytics, only if you accept the relevant cookies. Basis: your consent.
To comply with the law and respond to requests from the authorities. Basis: legal obligation.

Account data is required to provide the service. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you, and we do not sell your data.

3. Data about the businesses and people that appear in searches

When a user runs a search, Leadomos collects public information about businesses for them, which may include business contact details of people. The user who runs the search is the controller of that data, and Leadomos acts as their processor. If you do not want to appear in Leadomos, ask at leadomos.com/remove or write to contactleadomos@gmail.com. Leadomos only processes that data on its own behalf, as controller, in two cases: when it shows a business as an example in the home page demo (our legitimate interest in showing the service, without storing it) and when it handles requests not to appear (to comply with the law and keep the exclusion in place, storing only an encrypted summary of the identifying data).

4. Recipients

To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf: hosting and database, payments, email delivery, public data collection, artificial intelligence, support chat and analytics. We may also disclose data to the authorities where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Some of those providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, it is with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as an adequacy decision (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us about those safeguards at contactleadomos@gmail.com.

6. Retention

We keep your data while you have an account or while we need it for the purpose it was collected for. After that, we keep it blocked only for the periods the law requires (for example, tax and commercial law) or to handle possible liabilities, and then delete it. We may delete free accounts that have not been used for a long time.

7. Your rights

You can access, rectify and erase your data, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or ported, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contactleadomos@gmail.com. From Settings you can download your data and delete your account. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the authority where you live.
