By accessing or using Leadomos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Leadomos is a lead generation tool that allows freelancers, agencies and consultants to find local businesses, enrich contact data, and generate AI-powered outreach emails. The Service is provided on a credit-based subscription model.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using Leadomos you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Service only for lawful business prospecting purposes. You agree not to:

Use the data obtained through the Service for spam, harassment or any illegal activity
Resell, redistribute or sublicense the lead data to third parties
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or automate access to the Service beyond its intended use
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM

5. Credits and payments

Access to certain features requires the purchase of credits. Credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality of the Service — including its design, code, trademarks and AI-generated outputs — are the property of Leadomos and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any business data retrieved through the Service. Lead data is sourced from public sources and may be outdated or incomplete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadomos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
