The search returns nothing

Read the explanation shown instead of the results (chapter 8): it is usually a filter that is too strict or a location that cannot be found. Nothing is charged.

The verification code does not arrive

• Look in spam or Promotions.
• Wait a minute and press Resend.
• Check that you typed your email correctly. If not, create the account again with the right email.
• If it still does not arrive, write to us.

I was charged more credits than I expected

Open the search's Cost breakdown: it shows what was charged for each kind of data. What was not obtained is not charged. If something does not add up, write to us with the date of the search.

Some data is wrong

The data is what each business publishes and may be out of date; we do not verify emails or phone numbers. If a business is closed or a detail is clearly wrong, let us know.

A business or a person does not want to appear

They can ask at leadomos.com/remove. It applies at once.
